If you do not want to generate quota you can control this by table V_503_E there you can group the employees in to a group and according to the grouping you can configure the generation rules for Standard leave.

I.e X grade group 1

    Y grade group 2

According to the Group define generation rules.

or else you can go through venkat polineni where you will have the quota balance but employees will not avail the same.

Hi All

I have a requirement. Our client using RPTQTA00 for quota updation. Now they want If any employee using all PL quota in a year then if he want to use more quota then he can use his future year's PL quota and when future year PL quota will update then those PL already used will deduct from total quota.

Eg. Employee current year's PL quota = 10 he used all his quota then he want to use 2 more PL quota then he can use his future PL quota. For exemple his future year's PL quota also 10 and he already used 2 quota in previous year. So now he should use 8 PL quota.

I can configure Negetave quota deduction for that kind of requirment. But I want to know How extra quota deducted will adjust in coming year's total quota?

Is there any more configuration required for fulfill this requirement?

welcome in the world of "Substance Volume Tracking". The table CCRCC_EHS_SLIMIT does have a "special" use in SVT. Shortly:

a.) if you registered e.g. CAS 50-00-0 for pompany "Exxon" in > 100 t/a you maintained this data according to SAP EHS SVT standard model in property: "Registration (company-specific)"

b.) then you apply some general threshold limits for "warnings" etc. (50% of a value) in the customizing

Now if the substance is aggregated per company code in such a way that 50% of 100 T/a is exceeded you get a warning etc. (online checks etc.) if you have prepared a proper set up.

Now by using property "Specific Quantity Limits (SVT)" you  "overwrite" these general threshold limits and system reactions. E.g. you can specify that regarding 50-00-0 you would like to get the warning not with 50% but with 40% etc.

As we are not using CCRCC_EHS_SLIMIT I can provide you only the feedback that the "trafic" light should be "calculated" by using at least the "general limits" based on the amount aggregated.. PLease check if you have entries for the same specification in CCRCC_EHS_REG and check your generalSVT customizing regardgin the "general" warning limits

So in most cases according to my experience there is no need to maintain data in "Specific Quantity Limits (SVT)"  to use SVT properly

May be execute a cross read in: Substance Volume Tracking using SAP EHS MANAGEMENT; might help.

PPS: on CBRC20 you can display two types of "Status" the overall and teh specific status. In Your screen only the overall status is shown. May nbe check your used layout; In most cases to have both status displayed is better

And last but not least: which release do you use (indicate at lesast support pack and major SAP release) ? Do you use SAP Standard or did you adapted CBRc20 (you can "modifiy" if needed the "trafic" light display)? Any activation of Enhancements doen as part of "buisiness functions"?

As per your instruction, i changed Code@ paramater to DocKey@ Parameter.

but can you please tell me what field value to be used to compare in Selection Formula

For Example : In Selection Formula

{?DocKey@} = {OITT.Code}

i can't find out any type of DocKey in OITT Table.
