There are many tools available to do the performance analysis (such as this one, for example).
And an obvious question - why can't this run in a background job where timeout does not apply? It seems a rather odd requirement to do some massive updates in Annn table in an online transaction. Not to mention that direct DELETE from such table doesn't look like a good idea...

Crystal Reports 2011 SP10 Freezing when refreshing a report

My Crystal reports is freezing when refreshing a report. If i click on anything it give me the option to close the program but if i wait for about 10 minutes, it finally opens the report. can anyone help?

Hi Graziela,
We are having several issues with the Courtesy Withholding and Reciprocity configuration. Seems like there are some posts already on this topic but, there is no clear guidelines on how to resolve. For example, without configuring anything in V_T5UX9_COUWH, PA locals tax calculation is working fine but, for OH locals, the taxes are not being calculated. What is the difference in these two locals? Shouldn't all the locals follow the same logic? Also, could you please provide the documentation on how to configure this?
Also, it may be good idea if you can do a FAQ by grouping the similar questions and then providing the resolution. This will greatly help anyone looking for the help instead of going through the 33 pages of information.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much Durga, for providing the documents, really helpful. However I have created the Web dynpro DC as below and had few questions when doing it in NW 7.3 version.
Points which I have performed.
1) Created the Web dynpro Java (Web services) DC and application in NWDS 7.3 version.
2) Created the Model's and imported the WSDL from local/ESR (SAP PI web service)
3) created the Service Groups and which populated Service references
4) Deployed the DC in the AS Java 7.3 and configured the Consumer Service Groups for interacting during run time.
Now my question is can we import multiple WSDL's by creating multiple models as shown in the picture? along with the multiple service groups in the same web dynpro java DC? Will it work?
And if yes, If want to use this model from this (Web services) DC to another DC if I add this as dependency and model to the public parts that will do the trick? or will I have do any other configuration/ settings to use this DC in any other DC? Appreciate if you could take a look at this and advise?

Recipe access
We are in process industry and use master recipe part of our production process. Each material have multiple production combination. So each combination we create different recipe alternative. Example; Recipe-1 Alt 01, Recipe-1 Alt 02 etc....
Currently all user can access all recipe but considering audit req we want to control recipe authorization for set of peopel. So person who has access to Alt 01 shouldn't have access to Alt 02 of same material. I thought we can use planner group for same purpose. Create planner group Z1 and assign at header of recipe Alt 01. So user who has access of Z1 can only access to recipe Alt 01, but my worry is I'm not able to find any authorization object where we can assign Z1 planner group part of recipe change access. What are we missing here?
Do you see any alternative to control this authorization?
From SAP help I found object "C_MREC_CHA - PP-PI Master recipe: Change authorization" but some how not able to get this in SUIM.
I checked role of C202 access in our system, but these roles has object called "authorizations for routings", why is that?

Transactional JMS session in SAP PI JMS Adapter
HI expert,
We are getting error in netweaver admin -> log viewer ->show view->general->default trace(java).
Error:
When "Transactional JMS Session" is unchecked, the adapter logs an error "JMS transaction is switched off. JMS message with ID: {1} is probably lost."
So i checked the JMS Setting in the JMS Adapter -> Transactional JMS Session.
But still the errors are getting generated.
I have checked many blogs but any one facing the issue and resolution , i could not find any help.
Also i found a Note but it is for converting the error to an warning.
1301315 - Error changed to warning for Non-Transactional JMS session
Please help me know if there are any more settings needs to be done to remove this error getting generated?

The thing is with SAP it's no longer about what the customers "want" but what SAP thinks is best for them. And the consultant's role is usually to bring the customer back into the bosom of the "best practices" instead of encouraging heresy. 
Sorry but I really doubt you'll find some workaround other than what I've mentioned or some brutal modification.
Although even from the point of simple human logic not sure I understand why would someone want to enter into a contract with the vendor they have blocked...

upload of data in this scenario. This function would have to be developed in a project solution.

Functionality was working before and now not working ... Does it mean if there has been any changes related to this functionality moved in the system.... Please try checking same in Test & Production system.
Also check if there has been any changes done in email id for specific responsible persons. You can involve Security team to check this.

You may be right, that SWI1_RULE only works for rules.
Correct me if I'm wrong:
- workitem sent to user A, as seen in workflow log
- both users A and B have received it
- you want to know how and why B has received it
If so, could you:
- show us in SWI5 that B has received it
- check in the Step History that it wasn't forwarded to B

Well I have couple question to addressed at the earliest. Will reward.
A) Will Phrase management be relevant for MSDS?
B) Please let me know high level process for QM inspection Plan and how it helps integration with QM in product safety.
C) Is it true that substances that are generated in the system should have sufficient statues for the to be used in the MSDS?
D) Do we have to flag material as Dangerous Goods for it being used in Product Safety?

JVM's under win32_x86 and win64_x64 folders should only be updated via regular BI platform maintenance process.
SAP will not support any manual upgrades to them.
