Hi experts,

 

I'm testing the standard RFX functionality related to weighting of Item Price.

 

I've created an RFX with item(s) and created question(s) for item. Additionally I choose one of the standard Default Item Fields to be weighted in the RFX, namely Net Price (under RFX Items - Questions - Default Item Fields --> choose "Net Price" To Be Weighted). I've set up wanted weighting method and set up questions weight percentage as wanted. I've tested this with Manual, Stepped & Linear functions.

 

However, the system does not weight the Price -question at all (in Responses and Awards - Response Comparison - Advanced or Simple). The result is that only the "normal" questions are wieghted and Net Price is not considered at all?

--> For example I enter 2 separate responses against RFX with identical answers, except with price difference. The result is that responses get identical score even if the price different.

 

We are using SRM 7.03 SP4.

Thank you. I will mark the answer as correct, but it would be great to know if this is stated somewhere in SAPs documentation. Do you happen to know where they discuss this issue? I haven't found it in the notes/how-to guides I have been through.

Hi,

we are not able to refresh a WEBi report based on a BEX query with a time dependent

hierarchy. If we change the key date of the hierarchy in the query

prompt we get a #SYNTAX instead of the hierarchy object.

This issue occurs since we upgraded to BI 4.1 SP01 Patch 2.

 

Any ideas ?

Hi,

 

  While i am creating analytical view, in datafoundation i am using certain tables like EKPO, EKKO and in logical view i am joining this data foundation to my attribute views.

 

Problem i am facing is i require MEINS field from EKPO table which is in my data foundation , Also in one my attribute views which I am using in analytical view has field MEINS as well.

 

When I try to activate the model it gives me error  saying "Unique Constraint Check"  Duplicate Entities MEINS Detected. Please resolve the name clash among columns.

 

I thought of renaming the columns but i was not able to find that option so at the moment I removed MEINS from data foundation, keeping the MEIN from attribute view only but I am confused if data will be correct.

 

Is there some way I can have both the same name fieds of datafoundation and Attribute view to see both have same data or not.

 

Kindly help.

Hi,

 

I used function module HRMGE_MERGE_CP_RELATIONSHIP from program RPMGE_CP_RELATION_MANIPULATION (behind the transaction HRMGE0090)

in an own report and it worked fine.

Now we are facing a problem:

If  we run the program for british employees with logon language DE the P0001-ENAME is changed from "Mr" to "Herr" ...

 

Why?

How to prevent this?

Hi Anandhan,

 

You have to add the above when condition in WD_USAGE_INTIALIZE method, thats what Deepika has mentioned you to do.

By the way have you added the BTAdminH context node in BT112H_SC component->runtime repository->component interface->context, if not added please add BTAdminH?

We want to open a new SC in SRM with fullscreen mode (SRM 7.02 with classic scenario to ERP 6.0).

Hi,

 

As of now , You can do repair full request with proper selections.

Load those two records.Later do the reporting and see.

if there is no issues no problem. if any key fig values are doubled then at cube level you can do selective deletion of old data.

 

Regarding delta issue please raise to SAP.

 

Seems like your delta loads will worked based on delta point settings.

based on delta settings will pull the records. if clearing date was changed along with delta relevant fields then changed records will be pulled other wise it won't.

Why don't you use tx  SU01 and create the users then?  Or are you looking for help with what authorizations are needed?

As in mentioned in Post NWBC 4.0 changing message on Index page it is possible in NWBC 5.0 Desktop PL2 to change the welcome message also?

 

We themed the Indexpage with the Theme Designer (Version 1.6.0, delivered with SAP_UI SP10)  and use the "/sap/bc/ui2/nwbc".

 

The Table "NWBC_CFG" is defined as follows:

 

 

IDX      COCKPIT      NAME                           LANG      VALUE

 

001      *                  WELCOME_MESSAGE     *          Willkommen &FULL_NAME&

 

 

 

Nothing happend. The welcome message is the same as before (see attachment).

Any solution to write a personal welcome message in NWBC Desktop Client 5.0 with the new ui2?

I would assume that JNet could run on Windows 8 since SAPGUI 740 can be installed on it.  I am running Windows 7, so I'm not 100% sure.

Hi,

The logical steps to debug such issue are:

• Open your report, Edit Query and then view script.
• take the SQL generated statement and run it on your DB client.
• If it works fine then we don't have any issue or restriction on database. If not, then we have something wrong need to be fixed on database.
• Run the query by creating a new Query in Business Layer by using exactly dimensions and measures & filters that you are using in your report. if you face an issue then check the Universe limits properties.
• If everything is ok then you need to check your report query properties.
