We are purchasing the materials (IT/ Equipment related) from the vendors. When the store keeper receives the materials he wants to involve the IT/ Maintenance department (based on the material) to check the quality if the material is not in good condition or the material specifications are different.
Can you please guide me how can we capture this process in SAP without QM module.

Please let us know the condition table for which you are expecting the output type to be triggered. Does the condition table contain any PO line item level field? Is the issue only for one condition table?

I don't see any harm in maintaining the indicator as it will have effect only going forward.
You just have to ensure, that business users understand that system will automatically adopt start date from transferring asset, and in case they need to change, they have to do it manually as and when required.
SAP delivers standard settings as blank, do to the fact that this is not a global practice to adopt dep start date from transferring asset, but allow users to decide what fits into their business process and requirement.

I have followed William Li's blog on how to use Operation Mapping in a BPM. I have built and deployed this but I get a run time error when it executes the operation mapping. A technical error during invocation: Could not invoke service reference name
This error is normally related to the wrong service reference type being selected. The guides and blogs suggest in the case of an Operation Mapping that is imported as a WSDL the correct one is WS.
The operation mapping I have imported has a Outbound Async to Inbound Async service interface.
Has anybody experienced this error?
I have seen in the deployed BPM's Application Configuration against the Consumed Service Groups an error against the associated service group

group [SG_localhost] failed. Error details: [No endpoints found. Check if the service is configured and if its endpoints are available in the . Service
It almost seems that it wants me to publish the end point on the service registry - no idea how....but I none of the blogs and post indicate that I need to fiddle with this at all. Here is the error too that I see when looking at the deployed BPM application configuration. Clearly the problem but I've no idea how to resolve this.

In one big process chain, there are several ABAP program created to delete previous day's requests after each load. One of the program takes longer sometimes and that causes deadlock issue when subsequent ABAP program starts before the first one completely ends. Both touches the same target and cannot put together into one. This is the sequence, Load request to ODS, first abap program, load data from second source to same ODS, start second abap program, ODS activation e.t.c, Is there a way I can put together a step in the middle of first ABAP and second ABAP program to see if predecessor ABAP program completely finished before the second program kicks in. I tried wait time interval, it helped few times but did not help completely because time varies or sometimes due to increase in data volume. Please help.

[Container minimum required date] is a date field, it is the minimum of "unpack date on ref_no"
Formula I used to create this in crystal report,[Container minimum required date]=Minimum ( ref_no unpack date,{KIRK_IY_csv.Container #} )
I created a group on "container #"

If you want insert a whole internal table data to dbtable one time, the only thing you could get is how many rows successfully inserted into datable, to check 'SY-DBCNT'. And if you do not add 'ACCEPTING DUPLICATE KEYS', the duplicate keys will occurs dump.
You wanna know which row is wrong, then you need 'LOOP' that itab, insert each row and check 'SY-SUBRC'. After this program finished, it will implicitly add 'COMMIT WORK'.

What is the SAP BASIS and Kernel of the WEBGUI system?
SAP BASIS is 7.31 sp 6. Kernel is 7.21 sp 321. We could update the kernel, but not basis right now.
Does issue with transaction ME54N only occur when you call it from the UWL?
Yes
Does it happen when called from the WEBGUI directly?
No, the attachment list load the documents fine. It just seems to be through the portal UWL.
What is the JVM and Browser version you use?
I was testing using IE 11.0.14 (KB3003057) and Chrome 39.0.2171.71. As for a JVM, I only have jre7 installed on my machine.
I tested in the WEBGUI and no problem at all. So we think it is an issue with the portal.

I got it through -approvers are getting work items of risk changes !
It worked after I have removed 'LINE_ITEM_KEY' column in my BRF+ decision table for process id 'Access Risk approval WF'.

What relationship are we talking about, please provide references such as contract, room reservation or any transaction code.
