Hi Abhijot,
From the rest client if you are not using a backend url which doesn't need credentials you have to pass your trial account credentials.
ie. smp-p1446543231trial and password.
If the backend url needs authentication you have to pass the backend credentials instead of your SMP trial account.
I have used a rest service as backend url (http://www.thomas-bayer.com/sqlrest/) that doesn't need authentication and it worked.

Returns Excise FI entry is wrong
Hi All,
Issue : Kindly help to understand why Returns Excise entry is wrong?
Other details:I have created sales invoice and excise invoice for 40 qty and created returns invoice and Return excise invoice with J1is t code for qty of 20:
1. VA01->VL01n->VF01->J1IIN
2. VA01( returns order with ref Invoice)->VL01N/2n ( PGR)-> VF01(credit for returns)->J1IS Returns for Excise using other adjustments( OTHR).
If you observe the below posting key of 221154 in below 4 transactions :
If you observe the 2nd and 4th screen shots, the 4th entry should be reverse to 2nd screen shot entry but here both are same which is not correct. As per me I feel the Posting key is making this difference if you we can correct this instead of Debit it will Credit this would be fine i think
GL accounts numbers are same need NOT to change GL number the only change the same GL account in 4th screen shot should be reverse.
Please let me know what action i should take to correct the 4th screen shot entry( return excise)?

How to Identify Query/Queries in Patricular Time
Hi All,
We are facing performance issues on ECC EHP6 running on DB2 10.1 Database. From last few days we are continously ecountering huge number of dumps " DBIF_RSQL_ERROR". As, per dump analysis I able to understand some sql statments are too long/complex/expensive, due to this system is unable to allocate heap memorry. We don't have sufficient hardware to increase heap memory any more.. I able to see huge number of dumps are generating around 10:00--11:00 my System time..
My questions are:
1) How would i able to identify queries/query running on SAP System from 10:00--11:00?
2) After identifying query, how would we able to identify which user is trigeering it?

Excel formatting for 25K records
Hi guys.
Our user reported to us that formatting in Excel has gone weird recently for a specific Z report in classic ALV. Upon investigation, it turns out that a sorted column (e.g., customer name) has missing entries (from A,B,C to A then W X Y Z). When tested for a couple of hundred or thousand entries, the formatting to excel works fine.
But for 25,000 lines, that's when some of the names disappear.
I took away the sorting and presented to the user, but they prefer that the sorted column appear like it is merged at new customer name. I tried conditional formatting, but it doesn't have the merged effect. And even so, the users would find it too much work to format the column manually, as in merge the cells per customer.
Is this a limitation in SAP that can be solved with a sap note? Is there a workaround for this?
Please let me know your thoughts and insights.

Naveen, thank you for all the efforts you are taking to help me out on this issue.
I tried the above code but there seems to be a few problems here.
1. It does not display OK or NG bcos its in AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT. (which is why i chose to use Start-of-selection)
2. When I press execute, by default it shows the message under IP address, 'IPアドレスを指定してください'.
3. When I enter 11 in the instance number, it doesnt update the data in table first.
Any idea on how to rectify this?

If you want to hide any UI element, you have to use the visible property of the UI element and see the tab strip property, if it is binded then use the binded context attribute for writing the code.
are you hiding the standard component tab strip.

You can achieve this by creating a condition based on your Key Figure using the Top N operator. When active, this will result in a report with just the Top 3 values for that KF.
