the version you have appear to be XI3.1 RTM, which will not be compatible with Win2012.

1) Yes, they should change the packager to state - driver for O11g or 12c.
2) The real "interface" driver is PB's ORA (aka PBORA126.dll) interface driver. That DLL in turn calls the real Oracle client.
FWIW: I think that Bruce's choice of the word "supported" is a good term, meaning to me that "it should work". However, I would be cautious of the 12c driver until its officially stated as "compliant" (something that I think we will not see in v12.6). I'm am sure that you have tested the DBMS interaction with 12c well ... though, its really only supporting the 11g feature set at the moment.

I am currently making changes to some of our existing forms so that the dates and quantities will format properly based on the locale. I am passing in the local to the form and using this to set the format. Everything works fine except for the US dates, which is getting formatted as Jan 21, 2015 instead of 01/21/2015. Because of space constraints I need to use the "shortened" version. I currently have the field set as type Date/Time and nothing listed under Patterns. I tried using date.short{} in the pattern field, but ended up with 01/21/15. Date.medium{} and date.default{} gave me the Jan 21, 2015. Does anyone know if there is a way to get the full 4 digit year?

So there is no other way that I can just upload the app to my local HANA instance without uploading to Hana Cloud Platform?

We have a requirement that the email which has been attached using webdynpro should be displayed in the browser. But when we are clicking the button "display" in webdynpro, the url is not opening instead it is asking to download the file and open. The user does not want to download and open the email. He wants to open the attachment in the browser.
We are able to see other files like .pdf and .tiff but in case of mail attachments( .msg ) it is not working.

Hence the solution is to write the program better (more modularisation, no (or very much reduced) global data), not try and fix the symptom.

We are using Flexible real estate management and we are in EHP-7 (ECC 6.0) and for our client we have the below special rental terms and conditions.
Could you please help me to know if it is possible to change the contract conditions / cash flows based on the above conditions? How these kind of rental conditions with tenants can be mapped in SAP RE-FX?
1.) As per the terms of the contract, our client wants to bill / charge the tenants for late payments. For e.g. a Late fees of 25$ will be charged / billed to tenant in case if the tenant fails to make the rental payments within the scheduled due date. The late fees amount should be included in the next month invoice automatically along with the normal monthly rent.
2.) Our Client also gives rental waiver to tenants based on certain conditions. For e.g. If the tenant stays for more than 1 year, 100$ will be given as discount from the tenants’ normal monthly billing rental amount. The discount amount should be included in the next month invoice automatically along with the normal monthly rent.
3.) Similarly for certain commercial tenants with good relation, our client wants to give rental waiver for certain months. In this case, the cash flows are not in a regular frequency throughout the year. for e.g For a tenant who has a good track record, our client may decide to give discount of 50% on the monthly rentals for a period of 3 months and after 3 months the normal rental amounts are applicable.

Hope you did not understand my requirement. suppose a table has 4 columns(1,2,3,4) and 6 rows(a,b,c,d,e,f) now all the values are coming by default but the value of (b,3) is the only input field rest all are disabled.
Now the issue is row B can be in any order(It can be 1st record or 2nd record or 5th record etc..), so how to find out in which row the field to enter using BDC.
