We are using Flexible real estate management and we are in EHP-7 (ECC 6.0) and for our client we have the below special rental terms and conditions.
Could you please help me to know if it is possible to change the contract conditions / cash flows based on the above conditions? How these kind of rental conditions with tenants can be mapped in SAP RE-FX?
1.) As per the terms of the contract, our client wants to bill / charge the tenants for late payments. For e.g. a Late fees of 25$ will be charged / billed to tenant in case if the tenant fails to make the rental payments within the scheduled due date. The late fees amount should be included in the next month invoice automatically along with the normal monthly rent.
2.) Our Client also gives rental waiver to tenants based on certain conditions. For e.g. If the tenant stays for more than 1 year, 100$ will be given as discount from the tenants’ normal monthly billing rental amount. The discount amount should be included in the next month invoice automatically along with the normal monthly rent.
3.) Similarly for certain commercial tenants with good relation, our client wants to give rental waiver for certain months. In this case, the cash flows are not in a regular frequency throughout the year. for e.g For a tenant who has a good track record, our client may decide to give discount of 50% on the monthly rentals for a period of 3 months and after 3 months the normal rental amounts are applicable.
