As far I know it is standard behaviour when control record status is released for Payroll System does not allow us to maintain master data, Further the error which is appearing in the attached screen shot is not Satandard one, according to the requirement they must have implemented BADI.
Go through the system you will get an idea.

While i'm starting My instance in SAP MMC dispatcher halts . I figured out that the database of my instance was not up and that's why dispatcher halted. When i manually staring database from services ,Dispatcher turn green and everything is cool.But i want to know why this happening ..

Yes, the Firewall is turned off in both VMs, but the error stays.
If I log in with a wrong password for manager, I get an error message that states the wrong PW.
EDIT: I have installed the Native Client of SQL Server 2012 and re-installed the SAP Client. Still the same error.

We already have a Estimated Cost version maintained in the system.
Setting for the Version are as follows.
With the current settings in the system, Estimated costs are copied from Planned Cost during release stage, but when we TECO an Order and then Cancel TECO, System Status for the Order is back to release and new planned costs are again updated into Estimated cost.
My requirement is to stop update of Estimated Cost in Cost Overview column,second time during Cancel TECO.
Please suggest if this can be achieved by standard config or an enhancement is required.

This can now be implemented in IS. However, depending on how IS handles the 'RULE01' condition in the ON clause, you may need to implement this view in 2 stages:
1) view1: select CUS_CIF_NBR from EXCLU_CUS where RULE_ID = 'RULE01'
2) view2: select CUS_MSTR.* from CUS_MSTR left outer join view1 on CUS_MSTR.CUS_CIF_NBR = view1.CUS_CIF_NBR where view1.CUS_CIF_NBR is null.
If CUS_MSTR.CUS_CIF_NBR is optional, you would need to adjust the SQL slightly to exclude records where CUS_MSTR.CUS_CIF_NBR is null.
Alternatively, if permitted in your environment, you could just create your required view in the underlying database and import this into IS.

When you run LSMW, using a batch recording and an input data load file, it creates a BDC session.
A BDC session may also be created by a utility programs, e.g. for IT 8, etc (in SE80 or SE38 you can find some SAP utility load programs).
Note however RPUAUD00 report depends on the infotype being configured for audit log. If it is not configured for logging (as I have seen in some installations for some infotypes,) the audit log will not be able to report it (since log would not have been created for any change in the infotype).
If you configure today the infotype to be logged, then changes from today onward only would be in the log.

I think you cannot post dunning charges while at the time of dunning in standard SAP. These are just for the purpose of showing in dunning notices and calculations.

I originally posted this in the PI-forum, but I figured it might suit this forum better. We recently opened a OFTP connection to an external partner. But we are getting A LOT of error messages in the PI log. We also got problem with the RFC between sap systems since we implemented this oftp connection. We could not send any idocs from ECC to PI at all! So this ended up disturbing our production. This is a java-only 7.4 PI installation.
Is there anyone here that got OFTP or SAP GW expertise?

I also noticed that we got the same problem in our other PI system, which is a abap/java 7.1 PI. However, we are not getting as many errors and it does not seem to affect the system.

If that doesn't work, use this instead as your object definition:

After 12, date will change as 1 July. so you may miss those records(if any ceates / chanegs exisitgn reocrds)
