2nd Saturday of month working (rest Saturdays OFF) but with different timings to other week days..(Negative Time Management)
Hi Experts,
Hope all are doing well.
I have query where I need to configure a WSR with 2nd Saturday of every month (rest Saturdays are OFF) as working with different timings to other week days.
The details are given below:
Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 17 PM
2nd Saturday of month: 8 AM to 14 PM
Rest Saturday: OFF.
I have gone through various scn posts and got solution to create it manually while generating WSR. Few suggested to create a Holiday Calendar but I do not want to create a holiday calendar with other Saturdays as Holiday because the same Holiday Calendar is being used in other WSRs too.
I tried it with creation of custom day type but how to ensure assignment of specific timing (8 AM to 14 PM) to 2nd Saturday only.
We are using Negative Time Management.
Your valuable inputs are really appreciated.

Credit Card Processing
Hello SAP Geeks ,
I am facing problem which is can not close the cycle of credit card processing financial wise , The case is the following :
1- Sales order billing :
Dr.Customer 1000
Dr.Credit Card Receivable 1000
Cr.Revenue 1000
Cr.Customer 1000
2- Settlement FCC1 :
Dr.Cash in Transit Account 1000
Cr.Credit Card Receivable 1000
3- The last step is to close the cash in transit account with the main bank account when receiving the bank statement after calculation the bank charges :
Dr.Main bank account 980
Cr.Cash in Transit Account 980
My question is when clear the cash in transit amount there are some amount 20 will remain the same (Bank Charges) , So how i can deal with the bank charges regarding to this cycle , how to register and close the cycle correctly , Please let me know if the info. provided not enough , Thanks a lot.

You have to create a work area of type t_final, loop at table int_tab1, and inside the loop use variable sy-stepl to read values from the two other tables, then fill the work area and insert into internal table.

What is the PI version that you are using.
Reasons for asking:
1. As per error log which states about connection factory 0. Normally this means that there are certain library methods which are missing. Might be it is due to some standard library method which is not imported.
2. The log refers to the component [xi].
So from the above it might be a possibility for lower PI version.
If this is not the case, then please import higher JDK version.

Kindly try to perform Delta Cache Refresh.
Reason is that there might be footprints of pre-configured servers in lower PI version.
Also, in case of the channels with QoS EOIO, kindly maintain the Queue Id and Cluster Id (Cluster Id will be for the Java stack in this case which can be obtained from BASIS consultants).

How to send PDF attachment by email to different customers using cl_bcs ?
Hello Experts,
I have a requirement to send pdf attachment by email to different customers using cl_bcs global class.
But when I am trying to send all the documents are going to all the customers.
Example :
Customer no1. : 100000 Sales Ord. : 2001.
Customer no1. : 100001 Sales Ord . : 2002.
Here the problem is when I try to send the mail , both the sales ord.details (2001 and 2002) are going to both customers it is wrong.
My requirement is customer no. 100000 should get 2001 Order details and Cust.100001 should get Order 2002 details.
Please suggest.

Thanks for your detailed Information. Our client want to implement My Inbox application for all kind of approvals instead of PO Approval application. Demo Fiori Cloud having the following information (Screen shot) for a purchase order.
If I want same kind of information in my Fiori Inbox, which BADI I need implement. If I try to implement /IWPGW/ES_TGW_TASK_DATA this BADI will it work as I required? Or if I use some other BADI please let me know. If u have such code it will be helpful.

How to restrict a table in one Page without repeating in every page in webi 4.1
Hi all,
I am using webi 4.1 sp5 and rdbms as back end.
In my report I have 3 vertical tables like A, B and C in a report table.
Table A has only 5 records,
Table B and C have 100 and 60 records respectively.
Here table B and C have more than one page to display all records where as table A can fit in one single page.
The issue is table A is repeating for every page along with B and C table.
How to restrict table A to display in only first page.

I created one Button Name "SearchData" and also created event. But facing below problem:
1. Search Button is not visible in QA screen preview
2. Data is not displaying in output

Looks like, App is not able to reach destination you have selected in DATA CONNECTION step while creating that project in Web IDE. Can you check if you still see the DESTINATION (used in Web IDE project) here?Cloud Cockpit > Destinations
What kind of template you had selected?
You may also check with creating a sample project and connecting to same Destination.

How to post Receiving point for Customer, using cmd_ei_api=>maintain_bapi ?

We are using class : cmd_ei_api=>maintain_bapi to create Customer and I do all analysis to post receiving point using this method but it would't have the structure of receiving point.
Currently we're using BDC to post Receiving point against the unloading point.
and I don't want to use BDC to post the same.
Please help me.

Hi Pete - Let me give an example. Say there is a malfunction in an HVAC unit installed at some retail store, and temperature inside the unit start increasing. When it reaches a threshold point, an alarm is triggered. Now, there is a central system installed at some remote location, which is tracking these thousands of alarms getting triggered at hundreds of stores located all across the country.
I am looking for a good software solution for this central alarm system which could be recommended to client. Integration with SAP is an easy part which I am not worried about.
