The other suggestions where valid as well but not for what I was looking for. In the Mobile app, when you show the catalog, you cant see the stock. You need to open the item for that, however you can add UdF. So I wanted to create a UdF with the stock but for that info to show in the mobile app it needs to be in the table, not just visible in the field.

Yes you can settle the costs of one Maintenance Order to one or more receiving objects (same Types e.g. Cost Center(s) or different Types e.g. Cost Center and Order by:
1- Change the settlement rule of the order -> T Code IW32 -> you must be authorized to change the settlement rule
2- Identify one the following Settlement Indicators for the receiver objects:
Percentage or equivalence number or amount
Note:The above steps are depend on the configuration of the settlement profile, so please check your system configuration

There will be other option... Refresh every __ Minutes. You can try with this option.

I have written following script for the distribution planning, when we execute this script on UJKT system return ZERO value, however there are many non-zero record available in the tables.
For example in the lookup statement of Sales Dist. Driver, when we add DISTRIBUTORS dimension system starts giving the values but when I remove the distributors system begin giving zero value. As per my understanding system should bring all record which have distributor or no distributor values i.e. system should not make any dimension mandatory in lookup statement.
I have attached the screen shot of the result given on UJKT.

I checked the CUID in the source and it's different than the target. I discovered than in the target the parent folder already exist with another CUID, and i suppose than the administrator couldn't promote the reports and he had to copy and create another folder before promote to PRD. Thats the reason because the same reports has differents CUID and the Hyperlinks doesn't found the reports.
What i can do, if i need to promote a report whose parent folder already exist en PRD with another CUID?

HI All,
I have created workflow that has workitems triggering to inbox.
To intimate workitem creation in inbox , instead of using email step I am planning to use Extended notification
as I need tasks being triggered as link.
However extended notification should be triggered immediately after the task is created in INBOX.
If i schedule extended notification task email wont be triggered immediately.
Also i want reminders for which i need to schedule extended notifications.
Can experts kindly guide me how this can be achieved?
