107 movement type is used for GR blocked stock posting with value.
Its standard design where 107 E is not allowed against the sales order.
If you want you can use 414 and later 344 to put the sales order stock in block stock.

Workprocesses goes to on Hold / PRIV mode
Dear Experts
We have sap ERP ECC6.0 EHP1 under Oracle 12c with Kernel 722 EXT Operating System Suse Enterprise Linux 11SP4
sap system One CI+DB and 2nd dialog instance both are under VMware separate machines
in my dialog instance too many work process goes to on hold/PRIV mode I am unable to resolve it
Please guide me how to resolved it

go to se11.. open structure in change mode..
you copy fields of table to structure in change mode.
EDIT-->transfer field->> give the table name whose field you want to copy.
screen will pop-up like this select the fields and copy

2. Technically it could be possible to have the mix.
3. Not necessarily.
The mentioned steps are OK. But you may also consider to try following steps on a test server, where the database is already on 10.5.
- Create automatic managed tablespaces (via dbacockpit)
- Do online table movement using latest version of DB6CONV. (SAP note#1513862 )
