Hi All,

 

I am a SAP Basis administrator and our company is implementing C4C. I have knowledge about ECC but i am very much new to C4C and hence i need two clarifications from this forum.Please help:

 

1)We have got 125 licenses for c4c. However they have not been distinguished like ECC licenses.We have DEV and PRD Systems in our landscape and there is no information on which licenses need to be used in DEV and PRD. Can we use all the 125 license individually in Both the DEV and PRD systems or we should use total 125 licenses for both DEV and PRD systems. And also there is no specific DEVELOPER license in C4C. I can see our consultants logging in through SDK's and are performing the developments. Should we take any specific DEVELOPER licenses for C4C DEV or we can use the same users.

 

2)Our consultants have informed us that we can use multiple logins in C4C Production. However that is not the case with our ECC PRD. Already we have had issues with SAP regarding Multiple GUI logins in ECC PRD. We had to rectify that and were informed not to use Multiple GUI logins in ECC else we will be charged for that. Is it the same with C4C PRD also.Please do provide information if possible.

GET_INACTIVE_SAP_OBJECTS.CP1' from offset 114 to 711 for errors

Have you checked with SAP KBA   2177563 - REPACHK_CLONE: Inactive objects and Open repairs found

Here we have included   fixed holidays and floating holidays in a particular  holiday calendar.

 

now we want report or transcation code  too display fixed holidays separatly and floating holidays separatly....

              In the end routine I have written code for one field this was executed good from 1-2 weeks now it is showing dump error with

              GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED     Field symbol has not yet been assigned.

              Below is the code.

 

                  IF sy-subrc = 0.

                             <RESULT_FIELDS>-ZCS  =  wa_clink_SF-ZCS

                                              * <WA_TEMP>-VV  * <RESULT_FIELDS>-QUAN.

                 ENDIF.

          

what would be the problem?

I have seen this however we could not do this because potentially we will need to change 1000+ reports to handle this case and that is why we were trying to make a code change to resolve this permanently.

Document is actually not accurate. With NW 7.4, many of the components have been renamed or merged.

 

As I see from your screenshot, you have the required components for Fiori. (SAP_UI and SAP_GWFND).

The answer would depend on case-to-case basis. Lets talk about this one.

 

Your Profit on sale of asset is a non-operating income. So you must not create it as Catg 11 Cost Element.. You should rather have it as 01 and use the settings in ACSET to post the Profit or Loss on sale of asset into the Cost Center / IO / WBSE assigned in the asset master

 

Every small setting in SAP has a business reason (Like I explained the business reason behind cost element catg).. All we need is to know that business reason, and you would get driven to the correct solution

There is no transaction to show holidays separately as per your requirement within a holiday calendar.

Release any modifiable transport requests if any.

 

There should not be any transport i modifiable status.

 

Second go to SM13 and giving maximum time duration check for any failed update...if you find any delete those failed update and try again.

Hi All,

 

We got stuck in preprocessing phase  MAIN_SHDRUN/RUN_RSPTBFIL_INISHD were negative!

 

DB or APP is not coneecting, We are planning to down DB /APP and update R3trans,TP is upgrade directory ?

Will it resolve issue ?

Adem,

 

In NotificationPostBAPI class you can see there is a method called setParameters() which initiate the loop for setting NotifItemParameter(). I would suggest please override setParameters() and call NotifItemParameter(). It will give you the value of "i".

Though the job READ_ALERTS _BATCH runs after alert generation (macros DB Alerts) daily, the date seen in saved alert situation bar is dated. i.e. I should see 2nd Jan today but I see 28th Dec alerts.

 

What could be wrong. The said jobs run in the background daily and nothing wrong with logs anywhere. The horizons etc are all ok.

If your SAP system is already been configured for Message Server than you to do some changes in below file.

 

1. JAVABE.ini file - > Change logon method to GroupLogon and pass the details of your message server.

2. Navigate to following path and edit Services file to add following entries.

"C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc"

Things to add - Message server name with available tcp/ip port.

Hi chandramouli konduru ,

 

  I have a question about 0FL_GL10,I fond that aftiher I init the data source by inition IP with not data,

I full this data source data for 5 millions records ,the full ip run noly 10sminis, But then with the delta data, when extract 3h,4 millions records , the delta ip will run 1,2 hours.  And when the user only do a little posting records(3 doc,a doc &a concle doc &a new doc)，when I extract the data source with the same delta IP, the dalta IP will run almost 1 hours,and the records almost 3 millions,And this records are extracted to the up Dso with delta DTP, only 20000s records.

I have some question bellow:

1,Why I fist extract data in full IP after init IP(with no data)  ,It can so fast,but when I extract data in delta IP,It run not so fast.？

2.Why I only post 3 doc in ECC, the delta ip can extract so many records,but when be extracted the up DOS ,the load records noly 20000S with delte DTP？
