Yes, you can go with maintain scrap key in the dep.key of the asset. It will calculate only remaining amount after consider scrap value.

- There can be a possibility of achieving through Screen-variant/Transaction variant (SHD0).
- And the above does not resolve then go for development of a custom screen as per your requirement which would call the IP42 program ie., SAPLIWP3. (skipping first screen).
- Another option can be exploring the Implicit enhancement points in the same program (SAPLIWP3).
The above Order is in the Order of my preference.

Issue resolved. I have changed all the reference iobj and the main iob by adding New NAV and have also changed the existing IOBJ from DIS to NAV.
For those who landed here, we can add new IOBJ to the existing MD IOBJ and none of the data targets will be inactive, you can also change the properties of the attributes and nothing will be inactive. But while changing the properties of the IOBJ for any reference MD, there is no relation with the original MD IOBJ. both are independent. Hope this helps.

you cannot use var1 for the second select too (if the structure of the tables are different). The SQLScript compiler determines the type of var1 during the first execution of the first select. The type of var1 is then fix for the whole procedure execution.

I have a concern on your attached link for the 5th point. which is given below....for which I have written a comment in the blog at the last. Hope the blogger will correct his statement.

Point 5. In reference characteristic we only have display attributes so all the nav attributes of basic characteristic becomes display attribute in Reference characteristic. If you are using reference characteristic in InfoCube or in any other InfoProvider then attributes of reference characteristic will not be available for drill-down in reports.

no entry is usually not an issue, this is creating itself with a first successful execution.
I see here much to much discussion where people want the settings equal for everybody and then write programs to do so, which could have been then a source for the issue.
Take Williams advice and debug to see which values are being processed when it comes to the problem, an exit or BADI should actually bring the same results in QA and Prod except it is already worked on and not yet transported, but I think there is still a wrong value that causes this issue.
Have you already tried with a different PO, just to make sure it is not PO related?

I would add a checkbox to the selection screen, and have code like this:
if chk_calc EQ abap_true. <-the report should calculate the date range.
calculate start and end date with your rules (i.e. factory calendar).
Fill S_DATE with calculated values.
Endif.
The problem is see with if s_date[] is initial is that you're subverting the normal way select options work, where an initial select option means "get me everything". Using a checkbox is definitive.

Hi William,
We haven't resolved this one (low priority issue). For another project I had to update the translations object. Same kind of issue. Only solution I could think of was to remove the object and recreate with the new data.
So:
1. Get the current object
2. Remove the entry (the attachment object)
3. Alter the XML (remove a line)
4. Create a new object with the altered XML
Maybe this approach will work here as well.

Code completion in SAP UI5
Hello,
I am using eclipse ADT to create SAPUI5 application. I have gone through various tutorials in achieving the code completion process when developing the application.
After following all the mentioned steps I am not able to fix the issue for code completion. Like in below screen shots, when I am trying to set the properties as setDisplayBlock(true) it works fine but with CTRL+SPACE doesn't bring that method but it gives the list of other public methods as follows:

You mention SDK in your question title but refer to scripting in the body. Can you clarify what you are trying to achieve?
If you want to obtain an array of dimension members in scripting you can do so with the data source getMembers() method. If you are referring to developing an SDK component then you can obtain the dimension members from the run-time JSON of the result set property.

The information that brings other Tax report, Model 340, available for Spain in ByDesign, is very similar but is not complete.
