A webform app can only take ?PBParm= (or similar), so you need to either send that in strictly that format for it to be available in the commandline argument in the application object or write/change the aspx page to rearrange the confo?approved and pass it on

Go to CWEB, Engineering Workbench transaction and select work area as Routing or Operations. Give the details of Maerials or Plant in the selection screen and execute. You will get the complete list of operations or Routing headers are per your input.
If you need to download this in excel, on Menu bar, click on Header > Print (Ctrl + P). You will get the complete lift in ABAP output format. From the toolbar click on button to save it locally on your desktop.

Thanks for reverting back. Apologies for the delay in getting back. Your solution sounds perfect. However, I am not able to implement it in the below use case :-(
My Input is a multi-line Element (the result of another Expression). I am not able to insert the Expression in my Condition Column. I can only select an Element.
Since my Output column = Input column in this case; which is a multi-line Element I am not able to select it even when I click the 3 dots in my Result column. The only Expression I can select (Input or Output) is the first Expression in my Ruleset which returns a single Element.

Hello Alex,
SAP allows you to technically complete an order at any point of time in case you feel the order is no longer needed or relevant activities have completed. Setting to TECO status ignores the on going processes and hence you do not get any such error/warning message.
Although, as suggested by experts in above replies, it can be achieved by making and enhancement using BAdI / user Exit.

There is other option through which you can unlock the user and also change the password:-
1. To unlock the user
goto SQL prompt, login using ora<SID>
$sqlplus "/ as sysdba"
SQL> update sapsr3.usr02 set uflag=0 where bname='username' and mandt='000';
2. To change the password to 19920706-
SQL> update sapsr3.usr02 set bcode='61D26428640DBAB5' where bname='DDIC' and mandt='000';
you are done and you can login now..

Re: dbcc sqltext error
This can happen if the other process does memory allocation or deallocation on it's input buffers while you are trying to look at them. There really isn't anything to do about it. You can try running the command again. A better solution would be to switch from using dbcc sqltext to selecting from the monSysSQLText or monProcessSQLText MDA tables.

No, It is not necessary. Also it depends whether you want to be a Functional or Technical Consultant. If you are choosing Functional then you should have basic functional knowledge on how CRM works.
