Anwer, Jonna,

If you are starting out in SD pricing, thinking about time an activity may take, is not the correct way forward. Learn the theory, be clear in what are the configuration steps, what does each object mean, where you would need a developer's support.

When you exhibit this clear thinking to a client or in an interview, then this will lead you to success.

For now, leave the time estimates to the PM or the lead. Yes, you have to gauge roughly how complex could the business need be? and for that your standard SD pricing knowledge will be the cornerstone.

Hi Andreas,

thanks for clarification.

Unfortunately I couldn't solve the token issue (login, password change; nothing helped) so I ended up restoring from snapshot and not doing the update... I will wait for PL14 and try again then.

If you have a custom ABAP program, emebd it in a custom ABAP transform.

If you don't have one, use an ABAP data flow.

0130 type inspection

Hello Everyone

 

I have activated 0130 type inspection.It's Working fine.

But I am allowed to do GR even I have not done UD for that inspection lot of 0130 type inspection.

Is there any way to restrict GR until UD has been made?

for all the employees or few employees not displaying??

 

In RT table /3W1 shwing??

 

check in PE51 ...whether /3W1 is inserted or not in display window and cumulation ID (Deductions)

 

If LWF deduction is vary from region to region .LWF is frequency is differ from statte to state .frequency is m aintained in v_T7INU3 table.

Forecast consumption by Movement Type 311

Hello Experts-

 

We have observed some strange behavior in APO system for forecast consumption. We have clearly observed that the Mvt type 311 in ECC is consuming forecast in APO system. can anyone know what may be causing this? and how to correct this?

Hi Ashwini,

 

DMS is the backend Document Management capability in SAP ERP. Technically, below it for the storage of the files, content servers are used. In your case, it seems that a single local content server is sufficient. Only for global corporations with distributed teams a distributed content (and cache) server architecture there makes sense.

 

Now, key question for you is actually where you want to store documents. If you are in a completely in-house scenario, definitely you should directly reference documents stored in SAP DMS on SAP ERP, with a single content server.

Field is there in both table,  but I think our client is putting figure manually in this field and the same is unable to correlate it. Is this field manually managed or it is the standard configuration in backend?

sales order stock

Hi ,

 

stuck with sales order issue  ,

 

when i create sales order for xyz customer for a A item with  perticular qty , order gets save ,

 

but when i create second order for same xyz cutomer with same A material with  different qty . and when i try to deliver the second order , message received " No schedule line is due for delivery ",   I have a stock for this A material ,  my question is is the qty gets reserved for first order ?

this type of requirement is not required for client, please help to get resolve this issue

Hi Lars Breddemann

 

I was trying to achieve the values of Breakdown duration for all the month's maximum date of Malfunction start date and with respect to Equipment Start Date.

 

Tried with calculation view scripts and was able to achieve the following using the calculation view scripts as attached.

And added few joins with analytic view to get the following table details,

Where, I need to subtract the MTTF_CALC3 on the previous row values with respect to the Equipment number and divide the result by NO_BRKDOWN.

Could you please suggest on how we can subtract the MTTF_CALC3 from the previous row with respect to the equipment/ month (In the above image), since data type of Month is NVARCHAR 6.

Hi Sara

 

After you do transfer, Asset Y will have 3250 + 800 = 4050 GBP

 

After this, you can post unplanned depreciation (ABAA) and reduce the value to 2450 (OR) you can do revaluation (ABAWN)

Hello to All,

 

I checked entry"SAPDBHOST" and "DEFAULT.PFL".It is OK.

 

But the error is same :-

 

"Database <SID> must be started on remote server

Log on to remote server and start database"

 

 

Kindly help me to resolve this problem.

How to write this formulae

Dear

 

My aim is to sum the Sharedtotal if the coloumn = optional 1. i have written the formulae but it throws the error.

 

Formulae Field = sum {@sharedtotal} if {qut1.u_ea_opt}=optional 1

 

it shows me the error

 

"the remaining text does not appear to the part of the formulae."
