I have a requirement in this kind of scenario wherein i need to restrict MRRL from deducting TDS for documents whose TDS deduction has already happened as part of year end provision say on 31st march. Now these documents when actually get processed via MRRL in the beginning of next economic year again TDS gets deducted which we do not want . How can this be stopped?
Any response in this direction would be appreciated.

SAP online help is quite good here. So you should strat with the online help. Just take a look (Incident/Accident Management (EHS-IHS-IA) - Industrial Hygiene and Safety (EHS-IHS) - SAP Library). On the top: I believe thers is a "best practise document" in place (but i am not sure). Check may be: SAP EHS Management for Beginners;
Links to Best Practise documents are used quite often here. The application as such is discussed very rarely here. And it is "outdated". You should not invest time here but discuss with your customer. Teh new solution is described here:

This is the new (and using "State of the art" technology) solution; it is recommended (because of SAP startegy) not to invest any money/time in the of solution. The old solution is not ! supported e.g. in S/4 HANA

BI 4.0 SP4 Server space issue
Dear Team,
We have BI 4.0 SP4 windows server, Dev environment.We have Dashboards in the BO sever.The server C drive space, reaches full and I couldn't able to login to the CMC/BI Launchpad(Error: Server PSAPBOD:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null).
What is the best way to cleaning policy.
Where Can I check the core dump unwanted files in the C drive.
Please suggest the ways to get space and what are the log files can be deleted.

Hi,
I have similar requirement in case of MRRL t-code. We deducted TDS using a BDC as part of year end provision on 31st march and now want to knock off that as otherwise TDS will get deducted twice for same documents which we do not ewant.
How do i achieve this? What did you do in your case?
Please guide and help.

Your point is correct even I wonder why they change base price of the materials so often.
From business point of view this is not a good practice.Definitely I will ask why the price changes and how often they change it.
But this is my client demand so I have to give some solution.

Merge Interaction Contacts from different Sources
Dear Community,
I am currently working on a scenario, where I just want to collect data for one contact from different sources. So actually this should not be a problem for Hybris Marketing.
What I exactly want to do is:
- first find an account on Twitter - only name - nothing else
- just create a contact (lead or whatever) in SAP ERP to this account with exactly the same name
My expectation would be, that the ERP account would be merged with the Twitter contact.
But as a result I get two contacts with the same name.
So I checked the relevant classes for upload and I found out that ERP upload uses dublicity checks that obviously the ODATA service for social media (Twitter) does not use.
And I saw that the facets for dublicity check only consist of origin_id and external id.
So after all - what I am wondering is
- Is it possible to get those two contacts merged
- Is it possible to enhance the facets for dublicity checks
Or the other way round - how does Hybris Marketing really take care for merging contacts from different sources?
Is the logic divided between backend and HANA DB (because there I also found some facet settings).

Convert iReport report (Jasper JRXML) into Crystal
Hi all.
What is the easiest way to bring (some of them quite extensive) existing ireports (XRXML-extension) into Crystal Report, use and run them there in the future?
I understood that there is no tool yet.
Is it an approach to just copy the query code (make the necessary changes in CR) and try to design the report afterwards in CR?
Sorry, but I am a beginner (in jasper and not really much more in CR).

Connection refused means that the host can be reached but the specified port is not accepting requests. So either host is wrong or the HANA DB is listening on a different port. If you know the instance number ##, the port is typically 3##15. So, from your example, the instance number should be 00. When connecting to the DB with HANA studio, you have used the host and the instance number. Did you use a different one there?

The registration of the DestinationDataProvider should not happen in the application, the application should simply use the destionations via the JCoDestinationManager without having to know about the concrete DestinationDataProvider implementation. The registration should happen in a separate component. Separating destinations via namespace can be done, but is not necessary. It even might be bad if one wants to share connections between several applications.
Some comment on the concrete implementation of the DerstinationDataProvider: Creating a new instance of Properties in getDestinationProperties() is useless.
addDestinationByName() does not allow to overwrite an exsiting destination. How would one modify an existing one using this code?

We transfer project stock from operation wbs to L1 billing wbs with Mov 415Q for delivery. then again run mrp with md51.then system genrated planned order for shifted Qty . My requirement is " once the material is planned and prodused agaist reservation then next MRP run should consider only balance Qty
Example:
RESERVATION =100
Planned Order - 100
Prd>cnf>stck>transfer-60 kG
Next MRP Run should consider -40 Kg
