Well as i wrote above , on tablets I could see satisfactory results with the ux3 Shell and sap.m controls used together. But the point is not about my satisfaction but following standards set by SAP.
As per the link shared above by Jun Wu from SAP site , says not to use sap.m controls along with ux3 Shell. Since SAP is not recommending to use these 2 things together, I had asked for alternate if available for the above to be used in tablets

The third option of TPM56A is not working and i am still getting the error message.
How can i get the option 7 in the TPM_MIGRATION_CAT? we are in EHP4 ECC6. Do we need to have Greater than EHP4 to have that option 7 in TPM_MIGRATION_CAT?

I am trying to replace the Fiori launchpad initial screen with the “/UI2/CL_SRA_LOGIN” as many documents suggest but I am getting this error. I really can't find any documentation about it. Does anybody knows what could be going on ?
Coincidentally, I just happened to run into a case today of a datawindow with a name longer than 40 characters. When I open the datawindow in the datawindow painter and select the Save As... option from the File menu PB crashes miserably with a GPF (PB 12.5 Build 2511).
I could create the datawindow with such a long name though. The problem is when trying to save it with another name. PB crashes before I can even get to the Save As window.
Maybe it is a bug fixed in later builds but this tips the balance in favor of staying within the 40 character limit....
The web page at NVD - Detail specifies the affected versions. The solution would be to upgrade to a more recent rollup of whatever version of ASE you are running on.

Do you see a Fund and Grant Fields in the Administration Tab of Particular transaction ? If yes, try to assign there the Fund/Grant and save it. Then try TPM44.

Efectivamente ya realice el movimiento dentro de SAP, de ahi llegue a la conclusion cuales son los campos que necesito poner en el template como obligatorios para que SAP me los convierta en la unidad de medida que necesito.
Para poner un poco en contexto, la empresa a la que estamos implementando, compra en diferentes unidades de medida, kilogramos y sacos de 25 kg entre otros, yo necesito comprar en kg y en todas las unidades de medida, y que la el sistema transforme con la funcionalidad de la 9.1 en los kg que corresponden. De esta funcionalidad, ya he hecho varias pruebas y funciona al 100%, el problema esta al cargar los templates.

As far as I know, you could check differences by doing this:
1 - Pick some material "A" with componentes "1" and "2".
2- Run with planning mode 1 and check requirements created for components.
3 - Now change BOM and take out componente "2" and include component "3".
4 - Run again with plannig mode 1: it should keep requirement for component "2" and not generate for componente "3".
5 - Run MD01, this time with planning mode 2: it should erase requirement for component "2" (now out of BOM" and create requirement for component "3" (now IN the BOM).
Please let me know if it works...

Es correcto, necesito ingresar forzosamente las unidades de medida, ya que la empresa a la que estoy implementando, la unidad de medida base son KG, pero puedo comprar en Sacos de 20Kg, Super Sacos de 550kg, Sacos de 25, y lo que necesito es registrar la compra en la unidad de medida de compra correspondiente, y que el sistema la transforme en los KG que efectivamente son.
Esta operación la realiza sin problemas el sistema, cuando se registra la operación diaria, el problema esta al querer cargar templates con las diferentes unidades de medida.
Espero haber sido clara, y quedo pendiente d cualquier ayuda

Yes, I can access it from other environments - I have UDT installed in BO production and development server. It's only my laptop. I can access development BO server from my laptop but not production.

Since recollecting for the employees is not an option, I see that leaves you with two options:
In my case, when we went live and generated the 1095s from our Prod system, SAP had not yet provided the UBASM feature. So I used se16n to add the value for the few people who had 00 as their plan month before generating the 1095s. I only tested UBASM in my quality environment to be sure the note works (I had to recollect for the persons). I do not intend to recollect for the persons in PROD because it will change other values that we do not wish to change.

Two companies will have different depreciation areas, only when they have different CoD..
Ofcourse, its possible even with same CoD (Technically).. But logically, it would happen when you have different CoD
lsi directory is EMPTY. It's C:\Users\<user>\.businessobjects in my setup. I have deleted it (backed up) before and it was never filled again. I can't try deleting something already deleted 
And yes, I CAN access the same production BO server from another machine. I did say all this in my first post.
Did you check with other users computer accessing UDT with your BO account?

You can use URL Parameter "sap-ui-application=any/js/module" which will perform a require on that js during load time *as long your Fiori Launchpad does not have a rootComponentNode assigned in its config*.
The main thing for you is to have a module path registered at that time or add a new class in one of the ones declared in Fiori Launchpad, the bootstrap methods will do a require and a new() on that file and you can pretty much also listen to the same event I posted (the core will be booted and ready) to have your custom logic executed after the launchpad is rendered, so you can append your own nodes in the DOM.
