Hi Jun Wu,
I want these fields to check that only numeric values are added and when more then 2 decimals are entered it should round the second decimal up or down. I don't know how sapui5 handles locales because the app will be used in different countries of which some use 'comma's' and some use 'dots' as a decimal notation.
But my main issue at the moment is that an error in the validation is raised as soon as I enter a decimal value which I don't understand since the type is an odata Decimal type?
actually, what I noticed is that I can write any number ending on .00 and is gives a 'success' message e.g. 1234.00 validates successfull. But when I increase the decimal e.g. to 1234.01 then it gives an validation error... And I have no idea why?

Commit work in bapi_material_savedata
Dear all
im using bapi bapi_material_Savedata to create material , this bapi has implicit commit work , so material gets created ,,but when i do roll back explicitly
system goes to previous status ...but i have read all forums said once commit work done we cannot rollback ...but in my case rollback is happening after implicit commit work...please clarify me

BPC Plug-in
Hi,
we've installed the latest (2.3) Analysis for Office Add-On with EPM and we have the latest BW release with BPC 10.1 SP10. A new Feature is the the BPC Plug-in which is part of Excel. If we get it right, you can see open Tasks drectly in Excel without use Web UI. But the Buttons to use this new Feature are "greyed out (see attached Picture). Does anyone know how to run this? Do we have to set a Parameter in SPRO or something like that?

Posting period error
Hi,
while iam going for initial stock upload using T- code MB1C with mvt type 561, it gives the below error message. in before i have already maintain the closed period for material master record for the year 2006..(T-code MMPV).for 1000 plant , but here i want upload the stock in 1100 plant.
it gives the below error mesg.
Entry 1100 does not exist in T001 (check entry)
Message no. 00058.
Posting only possible in periods 2006/12 and 2006/11 in company code 1000
Message no. M7053
If i have enter the current plant 1100, it shows the error below megs.
Diagnosis
The posting date entered is not within one of the permitted posting periods (current period/previous period).
This can be due to one of two reasons:
The correct current period has not been set in the system.
For the system, the first of the entered periods is the current period. At the beginning of a new period, your systems administrator must change the current period in the material master record, using the function "Shift periods". This has not yet been done.
You have entered a wrong date in the field "Posting date".
Procedure
Check the posting date and correct it if necessary. If your input is correct, inform your systems administrator that the "period shifting" (period-end closing) process has not yet been completed. Copied from M8022.
Can you please try resolve the Error Mesg....

Certificates after migration
Hi Experts,
We are currently migrating our PI system
Can some one please clarify on below points.
1.how to generate AS2 certificates I tried in nwa I can create private and respective certificate, how about public key which I need to share with third party? How to I generate public key?
2.how to generate ssl certificates?
3.For sftp is ssh key system specific because usually they are generated using putty do I need to create ssh key again?
4.for soap outbound and inbound what certificated do I need to provide?
5. Any other certificates which I have missed in the above list?

Every 1st day of the month, show the MTD report of the previous month. How do you do this?
Currently this is what is happening
*On the 1st day of July,
It shows the sales of 1st of July.
As it is filtered by Current Month.

Is there function such as FirstDayofCurrentMonth?

Thanks for your help! Could solve this problem.
This is my solution:
xs set-env di-core JBP_CONFIG_JAVA_OPTS "[java_opts: \"-Dhttps.proxyHost=proxy.domain.de -Dhttps.proxyPort=8080 -Dhttp.nonProxyHosts="host"\"]"
Had to change the nonProxyHosts values. I set only the name of the server and removed all the other samples.
Now it doesn't crash and github works for me.

Content under moderation should not appear on the profile, so that's valid. However, currently there is a known delay between the actual publishing and the updating of content information on the profile, but if something is still not appearing after hours/days, please let me know.

Re: BO generates a lot of core files at server level
core files are generated when a process crashes. so first you need to determine which process generates the cores, then investigate why that process is crashing.
run following command : file <core file name)
It should tell you which process the core belong to.
