In Standard BaseKit this functionlity is not available. Through SDK it's possible.
But there is a workaround which having manual intervention but accounting point of view it's right.

1. I have create two invoices with ""Customer1"

2. Now i have to create a credit memo standalon with the help of thease mention AR invoice manually.

3. Now Question is how to close these existing open Invoice and how to link this existing Credit memo with Invoice. For that you have to use internal reconcilation concept in SAP B1.
