I know what my client trying is to do is technically possible, what you need a service account communicating with SAP, but updating all the right tables for PM, ESS, and other modules will be tricky. Think your manager is an SAP and doing your appraisal, time approval and kicking-off some employee/manager HCM process and form. Your manager seeing everything in SAP portal via NWBC , but employee seeing in custom portal and after employee is done, the process is updating SAP vias RFCs FMs. think about Budget, think about TOC! What will happen when we put in new EHPs , which may result changing underlying architecture of any SAP HCM module in discussion?
