Thank you for your help. I am confused though, I believe I am showing the field mapping of the iflow from CRM to C4C already. Am I taking it completely the other way?

Enclosed some other screenshots to clarify the HCI part. The field is now mapped to another extension field of type Text as explained in my second post.
