There is no MBO, workflow, workspace concept in SMP 3.0.

When you install SMP 3.0 Mobile SDK, you will get above support files for developing Native OData, Kapsel, Agentry and SMS based applications.

to develop hybrid app, you can follow either Kapsel based development or REST Api app development.

PS: SMP3 SP03 Mobile SDK comes along with MBO toolkit and it is for existing MBO based app supportability.
