LOL!  No thanks on the job!   I do SAP BusinessObjects consulting, in particular installs, upgrades, migrations, and a LOT of work in the SDKs.  However, I've been using Crystal for about 18 years (since version 4.5 and the original Delphi VCL component SDK), so I know a LOT about how it works.
