Need to replicate boxir3 webi report logic in crystal

Iam new to crystal reports .

I would really appreciate any help for below query.

my query:

I need to replicate below webi logic in crystal reports.

If Count(ref_no;All ) In(Container minimum required date;Ref_no) > 1 And Count(container ;Distinct) In(Container minimum required date;Ref_no)> 1Then "same" Else "no"

[Container minimum required date] is a date field, it is the minimum of "unpack date on ref_no"

Formula I used to create this in crystal report,[Container minimum required date]=Minimum ( ref_no unpack date,{KIRK_IY_csv.Container #} )

I created a group on "container #"
