Hi,
Its seem that no quota type (01) available for ESG grouping 2 and personnel subarea grouping for quota in table V_T556A.
Check whether your quoya type 01 is available for above mentioned grouping in table V_T556A.
if not, create it again for the above mentioned grouping with the start date 01.01.1900 to 31.12.9999
