Sales report will not cover below points,

1. A/R Service Invoice , Credit memo
2. Manual Journal entry
3. Goods Issue
4. Goods Receipt

Technically you can check these tables,

1. OINV where OINV.doctype = 'S' and INV1.acctcode = 'SalesAccount'
2. JDT1 where TransType= 30 and account = 'SalesAccount'
3. IGE1 where acctcode = 'SalesAccount'
4. IGN1 where acctcode = 'SalesAccount'
