1)First step is to get the full requirement from the Functional along with complete Layout design & the corresponding data that will be used in smartform.
2)Creation of Multiple page depends on requirement, if you have differnet Layout for 1st page and other pages, in those cases go for multiple page.
3)Dealring data is as per developement needs and based on how you are planning to handle the logic & data which will output in smartform.
Have a look and the existing programs and refer the scn blogs on smartforms. This will give you a good start.

Workflow settings in service manager: DB list empty
Hello everyone,
I am trying to configure workflow on SAP B1 9.0 PL14.
To set up everything I am following the guide "How to Configure the Workflow Service and Design the Workflow Process Templates.pdf".
If I go to
Service Manager > Workflow > Settings
after entering the B1SiteUser password, the DB list is completely empty.
In this step I should be able to select a DB, enter the workflow user's password and then test if the connection is valid.
I think this is due to the fact that all the databases in this server are using Single Sign On and so the user Workflow cannot connect properly.

Hello Alwina, As suggested I followed the OSS note i.e. upgraded the host agent to 205, cleaned up AL* files in both /usr/sap/SID/DV*/log & in host agent directory.
Now there are no error messages in sapstartssrv_ccms.log. But MTE class for CPU in rz20 shows the same status as below.
Should i delete the CPU monitor classes and restart the ccms agent again?

In the App.configfile I don't have any pool parameter just in the XML file which contains the destination
My questions are:
How I get an error "peak connections limit 10 exceeded" If I don't have any parameter with the value 10.
I suggest that how I configuring the parameter is wrong and the system used the default value which is 10. Where is my mistake?
I have also the error "Unable to allocate client inpool" but I increased the pool and his very big now so where is the problem

The above one should work. Press F1 in on the screen field, get and use the same program name and field name inside enhancement.
If still not working, Try ABAP memory(Export/Import Statement) or SAP memory(SET/GET parameter) statements.
Export the value from the exit and receive(Import) the same inside implicit enhancement.
Please find the example program for Export/Import statement

Since the overtime conditions for each WSR is different, I would recommend to create 2 different WSRs. Otherwise it would be very difficult to differentiate between the two WSRs and hence, the applicable overtime.

Not sure what was change to Exists function after PI patching.
Exists function will return true, when source node exists(not null), regardless has value or empty value.
If understand correctly, you want to create target node only when source node has value(non-empty value). The function name should be "hasValue", then pair with createIf.
Harish's udf will work, and need to use mapWithDefault blank before feed into udf as mentioned.
If you want to ignore blank space not to create target node, can change to like below:
input.trim().length() > 0
If you have PI/PO with B2B MappingFunctions, UDFNodePool have function "hasValue" and "createIfHasValue" for above mentioned requirements. Save all the hassle to manually create udf.
