When I processed the dimension,it is truning green.And even though no changes to masterdata,turning to Yellow.
Today I have executed the UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE and will check again tomorrow,if the issue is resolved or not.

powerbuilder version platform compatibility
Hi.
We have a customer who is using a PB9 version of our product.
They are running the product from a Windows 2003 server, but because support for W2003 is being Sunset, they want to move the product to a Windows 2008 or 2012 server.
Does anyone know where I might find a grid which details the platform compatibilities for different versions of PowerBuilder?

Hi, Vivek.
Please check the registry on your Afaria Server under HKLM\Software\Afaria\Afaria\Server [TransmitterID] to retrieve the server ID. See if it matches the 'jje59' ID from the error.
If it does, check the A_SERVER table in the database and ensure that a matching row exists for that server ID and that all of the information is proper. Also be sure only one row exists for each Afaria Server that's active in your farm.
If it doesn't, check the A_SERVER table to see if there is an orphaned entry from a previously-installed Afaria Server. If there is, delete the row from A_SERVER for the old server.
If you don't have an Afaria Server in your environment that matches the server ID from the error and the A_SERVER table shows no match either, check each Afaria Server's registry and see if there are additional entries under HKLM\Software\Afaria\Afaria\Workstation\Transmitters. There should be a key for LOCALHOST and one for the IP address of the server.

This is actually to quick and to rough for me as it describes only what you do in SAP. You are missing the physical movements and the physical part of preparation for delivery.
In a direct picking in SAP you really omit this physical part of packing.
Have a look at this picture from the SAP docu and imagine that 200 and 916 is the same physical place. Then all this action with the many arrows happens on short distance.
In direct picking you need to imagine all those arrows on the left site at Step1, this is long distance (moving stock from high rack to staging area vs preparing for delivery within the staging area) hence takes more time and effort.

I've learned, that the workitem's priority setting is not automatically transferred via any binding, regardless if its a subflow or a work item. So by default the workflow runtime should behave exactly the way you like it.
I rather suspect that you have some bug in the dynamic binding or another binding of the original priority made after your coding.
I suggest that you remove any binding that has anything to do with the priority and then try again.
If that still leads to a "high priority" workflow, where 5 is the default (not the lowest one, by the one. The lowest one is 9 ), then try to create a constant binding of -- let's say -- 3 --> _WI_PRIORITY and check the log, what has happened.

What should be the place of the workflow within the SAP project?
In almost all the organizations or projects I worked in the roles are mainly implementation, development and basis teams. Workflow is somewhere in the middle, Among the workflow consulates I know all except one also do development to some degree, from attribute definition to writing dialog screens.
I thought about giving my own projects definitions as an example, but I want to learn other point of view, then I think I will give them in the end of the thread.
What should be the place of the workflow within the SAP project? To which extent developments should be done by the workflow team? Who, for example, should develop custom approval screens? Should implantation meetings be done by the workflow team or the relevant module implementation team?

How do you define a workflow consultant?
Here is a little problem I have, how do you define an SAP workflow consultant? developer?
For example, my wife is a nurse; think about that for a moment, I just told you what she does in one word, no need to explain this to everybody, they will immediately understand.
A friend of mine gave me this definition: "You help people be lazy", might be true but not very defining. I came up with "I make people approve stuff!" or if you want something more formal "I help move the processes in the organization faster…". Now you can say: your problem is not with the workflow, it's with the SAP consultant part, first explain that, and then we will see about the workflow 
.
But I'm still looking for an answer.
So if anyone has a simple definition which does not require a 10 slides presentation, I would love to know it.

Options in STRUSTSSO2 are disabled
Hi,
We upgraded our SRM system from 4.0 to 7.03.
After upgrade we could see that the options like change,delete,export and import certificates in STRUSTSSO2 are disabled.
It shows the portal certs which we uploaded earlier but we can't download the backend system because the icons are disabled.
Client is already open.User has full SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW.
Could you please suggest what could be reason.

Alias name for webdispatcher
Hi All,
I have installed web dispatcher and configured with both abap & Java system.
I want to know is it possible to create alias name for web dispatcher host name.
For example :
web-dispatcher host : http://xxx<FQDN>:81xx/
alias name : http://testwebdis.com
if i give http://testwebdis.com , it will redirect to http://xxx<FQDN>:81xx/ . and i know adding the alias name in DNS entry for webdispatcher server will work. but i want to know it is possible to make this through web-dispatcher.

That is precisely the point, I was hoping that these two authentication areas (connection to BW and sap sso) would work independently when not using the connection in SSO, given that one has a choice of using SSO when setting up that connection:
In our case, the faulty sap sso (entitlement) configuration was preventing connections configured as Pre-defined. It would be expected if this was happening for SSO connections, but the error happened when using Enterprise accounts and Pre-defined connections, and this seems to be a bug.
To answer your query more specifically, I expect you should be able to have different SAP IDs for your entitlement system and for Pre-defined OLAP connections, because that seems to be the point of allowing the Pre-defined option. However, what we observed here was that a problematic sso configuration was having an unexpected effect on the (Pre-defined) OLAP connections, so I cannot guarantee that the expectation would be confirmed. In our case, we deleted the entitlement system configuration because we don't need sap sso, and that is when the OLAP connections started working again.
